- Assist field engineers with daily tasks and projects as assigned.
- Learn and apply construction industry standards and techniques.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project success.
- Attend and actively participate in team meetings and training sessions.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of project progress.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times.
- Conduct site inspections and report any issues or concerns to supervisors.
- Assist in the coordination of subcontractors and materials.
- Utilize technology and software to assist with project tasks.
- Take initiative and problem-solve when faced with challenges.

A Minimum Of 2 Years Completed Towards A Bachelor's Degree In Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Or A Related Field.
Strong Technical Skills And Proficiency In Using Industry Software Such As Autocad, Revit, And Microsoft Office.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Team Environment.
Prior Experience In The Construction Industry, Either Through Internships Or Coursework, Is Preferred.
A Strong Work Ethic, Attention To Detail, And Ability To Adapt To Changing Project Demands And Timelines.
