  1. Provide technical support: The Field Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support to the construction team by interpreting and implementing engineering plans, specifications, and designs.
  2. Ensure successful execution of construction plans: The Field Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of construction plans by monitoring progress, identifying and resolving any issues, and coordinating with other team members.
  3. Conduct site visits and inspections: The Field Engineer will be responsible for conducting regular site visits and inspections to ensure that construction is being carried out according to plans and specifications.
  4. Troubleshoot and problem solve: The Field Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting any technical problems that arise during construction and implementing effective solutions to ensure the project stays on track.
  5. Collaborate with team members: The Field Engineer will work closely with other team members, including architects, contractors, and project managers, to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the construction process.
  6. Maintain accurate records: The Field Engineer will be responsible for maintaining accurate and detailed records of project progress, including site inspections, material deliveries, and any changes to plans or specifications.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Knowledge Of Construction Methods, Materials, And Techniques.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Civil Engineering Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Construction, Preferably In A Field Engineering Role.

  • Ability To Read And Interpret Blueprints, Plans, And Specifications.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Team Environment.
