  1. Oversee and manage all business operations on various construction sites, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  3. Monitor project budgets and schedules, identifying potential risks and implementing solutions to ensure project success.
  4. Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting of project financials and progress.
  5. Lead and mentor a team of construction professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work and employee development.
  6. Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and increase profitability.
  7. Conduct regular site visits to assess project progress, identify areas for improvement, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  8. Manage and negotiate contracts and change orders with clients and subcontractors.
  9. Stay updated on industry developments and best practices, applying them to improve processes and procedures within the company.
  10. Communicate regularly with senior management to provide updates on project progress, financials, and any potential issues.
  11. Represent the company in a professional manner, promoting our values and commitment to excellence to clients and stakeholders.
  12. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to construction projects.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Construction Management, Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • 5-7 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role Within The Construction Industry, Preferably In Commercial Or Industrial Projects.

  • Strong Understanding Of Project Management Principles And Techniques, Including Budgeting, Scheduling, And Risk Management.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Lead And Collaborate With Diverse Teams.

  • Knowledge Of Local Building Codes And Regulations, As Well As A Commitment To Maintaining A Safe And Compliant Work Environment.
