  1. Oversee the planning and execution of electrical projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.
  2. Manage project schedules and resources, including coordinating with subcontractors and vendors.
  3. Communicate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project goals and expectations are clearly defined and met.
  4. Develop and maintain project budgets, tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
  5. Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays that may arise.
  6. Lead and mentor a team of electrical professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
  7. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies throughout the project.
  8. Collaborate with other project managers and departments to identify and implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
  9. Conduct regular project meetings and provide progress reports to senior management.
  10. Remain up-to-date on industry trends and advancements, incorporating new technologies and techniques into project plans.
  11. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and effective communication.
  12. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or A Related Field.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Communicate With Clients And Stakeholders.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Managing Electrical Projects In The Construction Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Electrical Systems, Codes, And Regulations.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
