  1. Develop creative and innovative design concepts for various construction projects, including commercial buildings and large-scale infrastructure.
  2. Collaborate with project teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure design concepts align with project goals and requirements.
  3. Utilize strong attention to detail to produce accurate and detailed design drawings and specifications.
  4. Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends, materials, and construction techniques to continuously improve design processes and outcomes.
  5. Utilize design software and tools to create 2D and 3D models and visualizations of project designs.
  6. Work closely with project managers to ensure design concepts are within budget and meet project timelines.
  7. Communicate and present design concepts and ideas to clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
  8. Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure design specifications are accurately implemented during the construction phase.
  9. Conduct site visits to monitor the progress of construction and provide design support as needed.
  10. Continually seek opportunities for professional development and growth within the construction industry.
  11. Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  12. Adhere to company design standards, processes, and procedures.
  13. Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other relevant requirements.
  14. Act as a brand ambassador for PCL Construction, representing the company's values and commitment to quality design.
