- Oversee and manage a variety of construction projects from start to finish.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Lead and motivate a team of construction professionals, including contractors, subcontractors, and project managers.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure work is being carried out according to plans and specifications.
- Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process.
- Proactively identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Maintain accurate and detailed project documentation.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in construction technology.
- Represent the company in a professional manner and maintain positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
- Mentor and develop junior team members to promote a culture of continuous learning and growth.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as estimating and procurement, to support project success.

Bachelor's Degree In Construction Management, Engineering, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Construction Project Management, Preferably In Commercial Or Large-Scale Construction.
Strong Technical Knowledge And Understanding Of Building Codes, Regulations, And Construction Processes.
Proven Leadership Skills And The Ability To Effectively Manage And Coordinate Multiple Teams And Subcontractors.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Make Critical Decisions And Manage Project Budgets And Timelines.
