- Lead and manage the planning, design, and execution of civil engineering projects for PCL Construction.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and regulations.
- Communicate project progress and updates to project team members, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues to ensure timely and successful project completion.
- Monitor project costs, resources, and timelines to ensure projects are delivered within budget and on schedule.
- Mentor and supervise junior engineers and support staff to ensure their professional growth and development.
- Stay updated on industry advancements, technologies, and best practices to enhance project delivery and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for all project personnel.
- Prepare and review technical reports, drawings, and other project documentation to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Manage relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and other external partners to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Collaborate with the estimating team to develop project proposals and bids.
- Continuously evaluate and improve project processes and procedures to increase productivity and efficiency.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to resolve complex engineering issues and challenges.
- Uphold PCL Construction's reputation for excellence and professionalism in all interactions and activities.
Bachelor's Degree In Civil Engineering Or Related Field From An Accredited University.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Construction Project Management, Preferably In The Civil Sector.
Proficiency In Industry-Specific Software Such As Autocad, Revit, And Primavera P6.
Strong Knowledge Of Building Codes, Regulations, And Safety Standards.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Communicate With Clients And Stakeholders.
