  1. Lead and manage the planning, design, and execution of civil engineering projects for PCL Construction.
  2. Collaborate with project stakeholders to develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  3. Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and regulations.
  4. Communicate project progress and updates to project team members, clients, and other stakeholders.
  5. Identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues to ensure timely and successful project completion.
  6. Monitor project costs, resources, and timelines to ensure projects are delivered within budget and on schedule.
  7. Mentor and supervise junior engineers and support staff to ensure their professional growth and development.
  8. Stay updated on industry advancements, technologies, and best practices to enhance project delivery and efficiency.
  9. Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for all project personnel.
  10. Prepare and review technical reports, drawings, and other project documentation to ensure accuracy and quality.
  11. Manage relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and other external partners to ensure successful project outcomes.
  12. Collaborate with the estimating team to develop project proposals and bids.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve project processes and procedures to increase productivity and efficiency.
  14. Provide technical expertise and guidance to resolve complex engineering issues and challenges.
  15. Uphold PCL Construction's reputation for excellence and professionalism in all interactions and activities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Civil Engineering Or Related Field From An Accredited University.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Construction Project Management, Preferably In The Civil Sector.

  • Proficiency In Industry-Specific Software Such As Autocad, Revit, And Primavera P6.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Building Codes, Regulations, And Safety Standards.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Communicate With Clients And Stakeholders.
