As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a key role in optimizing our business processes and systems to drive operational excellence and enhance our overall performance.   1. Analyze current business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
  2. Develop and implement solutions to streamline and optimize business operations.
  3. Collaborate with various departments to understand their needs and requirements.
  4. Conduct research on new technologies and make recommendations for their implementation.
  5. Create and maintain detailed documentation of business processes and systems.
  6. Identify and troubleshoot any issues with existing systems.
  7. Train and support team members on new systems and processes.
  8. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
  9. Communicate with stakeholders to gather feedback and make necessary adjustments.
  10. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business systems analysis.
  11. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of systems.
  12. Work with vendors to evaluate and select software and tools.
  13. Provide regular reports and updates on project progress to management.
  14. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  15. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience As A Business Systems Analyst, Preferably In The Construction Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Business Processes And Systems, With The Ability To Analyze And Improve Them.

  • Experience In Project Management, Including Requirements Gathering, Testing, And Implementation.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
