- Provide administrative support to the team by managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Maintain and organize physical and electronic files and records, ensuring easy accessibility for team members.
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails, responding to inquiries or forwarding to the appropriate person.
- Greet visitors and maintain a warm and professional front desk presence.
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of company documents, reports, and presentations.
