- Oversee all financial activities of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all financial data and reports.
- Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
- Manage a team of accountants and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights and recommendations to improve financial performance.
- Monitor and review internal controls to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments and senior management to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
- Prepare and present financial statements and reports to senior management and external stakeholders.
- Oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
- Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues in financial records.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in accounting standards to ensure compliance and best practices.
- Train and develop accounting staff to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Communicate financial results and analysis to non-financial stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.
- Represent the company in meetings with auditors, bankers, and other external parties.
Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Accounting Or Finance, Preferably In The Construction Industry
Cpa Designation Or Other Relevant Professional Certifications
Strong Knowledge Of Accounting Principles And Practices, Including Gaap And Financial Reporting
Experience In Managing A Team And Overseeing Financial Operations In A Large Organization.
