- Lead and manage the Design Systems team, setting clear goals and expectations for the team's performance.
- Develop and maintain a design system that aligns with the company's brand and user experience goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to ensure a cohesive and consistent user experience across all products and services.
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to continuously improve and iterate on the design system.
