  1. Design and develop user-friendly interfaces for PayPal's digital payment products and services.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and business goals, and translate them into innovative design solutions.
  3. Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions and validate design solutions.
  4. Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design concepts and ideas.
  5. Continuously iterate and improve designs based on user feedback and data analysis.
  6. Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all digital platforms.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX design to drive innovation and constantly improve the user experience.
  8. Advocate for the user and champion user-centric design principles throughout the design process.
  9. Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
  10. Work with product managers and stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide design recommendations.
  11. Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  12. Communicate design concepts and ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  13. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
  14. Proactively identify and address any usability issues or challenges in the user journey.
  15. Contribute to the overall design strategy and roadmap for PayPal's digital payment products.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Ux Design, Preferably In The E-Commerce Or Financial Technology Industry.

  • Proficiency In User Research Methods, Such As User Interviews, Surveys, And Usability Testing.

  • Strong Portfolio Showcasing User-Centered Design Process And Solutions For Complex Problems.

  • Knowledge Of Design Tools And Software, Such As Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Invision, And Figma.
