We are looking for a talented, detail-oriented Treasury Technical Product Manager to join the PayPal team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the development, execution and delivery of innovative technical solutions that enable PayPal’s treasury operations. You must have strong analytical skills, a proven track record of successful product management, and a passion for problem-solving. Your ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders will be critical to your success.Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the payments and/or treasury industry• Strong understanding of treasury operations and payment workflows• Ability to manage complex, multi-dimensional projects• Excellent communication and project management skills• Proven ability to work well with cross-functional teams• Self-starter with a passion for problem-solving
Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute and deliver innovative technical solutions to meet PayPal’s treasury needs.
- Analyze and assess treasury operations and payment workflows.
- Work cross-functionally and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Manage complex, multi-dimensional projects.
- Establish and maintain excellent communication with all relevant stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date on the payments and treasury industry, and identify areas of improvement.
- Proactively identify and address potential issues before they become problems.
- Lead product management initiatives, and manage the product development process.
- Create and maintain product documentation.
- Monitor product performance and provide feedback to senior management.
