Technology Audit Manager

A CPA, CISA, or CIA certification is preferred. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of IT audit or related experience, including audit methodology and process design. The candidate should also have strong communication and organizational skills, as well as experience working in a collaborative team environment. • Evaluate the effectiveness of controls, processes, and systems for PayPal • Assess the appropriateness of information technology audit processes • Analyze potential risks and develop audit programs to ensure compliance with applicable regulations • Provide guidance and advice to internal stakeholders on IT audit processes and regulations • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and industry trends • Prepare audit reports and present findings to management • Develop and review audit plans and procedures • Monitor and assess internal control systems • Respond to IT audit inquiries from external auditors • Collaborate with external and internal stakeholders to resolve audit issues • Identify and recommend areas of improvement for IT audit processes
