Job Description

At PayPal, we're looking for an experienced, customer-focused SRE Critical Incident Manager to join our team. As a part of our Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team, you will be responsible for managing critical incidents and outages to ensure our customers' experience is not impacted. You will be a key player in our 24/7 service, working with engineers and other technical staff to mitigate outages and ensure timely resolution of customer issues.To be successful in this role, you must have a customer-first mindset and a passion for problem-solving. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to work with cross-functional teams. A strong technical background and knowledge of software engineering principles are a must.We are looking for an individual with an eagerness to learn, an attention to detail, and a drive to get things done. Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science Or Related Field

  • + Years Of Experience In Site Reliability Engineering

  • Knowledge Of Devops And Automation Tools

  • Experience In Leading Complex Incident Resolution Efforts

  • Ability To Identify Root Cause Of Critical Issues And Develop Preventive Measures.
