
SRE Critical Incident Manager
At PayPal, we're looking for an experienced, customer-focused SRE Critical Incident Manager to join our team. As a part of our Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team, you will be responsible for managing critical incidents and outages to ensure our customers' experience is not impacted. You will be a key player in our 24/7 service, working with engineers and other technical staff to mitigate outages and ensure timely resolution of customer issues.To be successful in this role, you must have a customer-first mindset and a passion for problem-solving. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to work with cross-functional teams. A strong technical background and knowledge of software engineering principles are a must.We are looking for an individual with an eagerness to learn, an attention to detail, and a drive to get things done. Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science Or Related Field
+ Years Of Experience In Site Reliability Engineering

Experience Working In Distributed Systems
Knowledge Of Scripting Languages Such As Python Or Bash
Knowledge Of Devops And Automation Tools
Experience In Leading Complex Incident Resolution Efforts
Ability To Identify Root Cause Of Critical Issues And Develop Preventive Measures.
