Sr. UX Motion Designer

Responsibilities:

1. Design and create compelling motion graphics and animations for use in digital products and experiences.
2. Develop innovative visual solutions that effectively communicate messages and stories.

4. Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies.
5. Conceptualize and create storyboards for motion design projects.
6. Work within established brand guidelines to ensure designs are consistent with the company's visual identity.
7. Work with a variety of tools, including After Effects, Framer, Principle, and HTML/CSS.
8. Collaborate with other designers to generate ideas and ensure creative consistency.
9. Develop and implement motion design standards, guidelines, and processes.
10. Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
