  8. Manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks to meet tight deadlines and deliver exceptional results.
  9. Identify and escalate any potential risks or issues to senior management, and provide effective solutions to mitigate them.
  10. Mentor and coach junior team members, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional growth and development.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Technical Field Such As Computer Science, Engineering, Or Information Technology.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Technical Account Management Role, Preferably In The Financial Services Or Technology Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Payment Systems, E-Commerce, And Online Payments.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Maintaining Relationships With Large Enterprise Clients.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Convey Technical Information To Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders.
