Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager of Account Management for our North American Large Enterprise team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our largest enterprise clients, ensuring their continued satisfaction and success with our products and services. Our ideal candidate is a strategic and results-driven leader with a strong background in account management and a proven track record of driving growth and retention in a fast-paced environment.   1. Develop and execute strategies to manage and grow relationships with large enterprise clients in North America.
  2. Serve as the main point of contact for designated accounts, building strong and lasting partnerships with key stakeholders.
  3. Understand the unique needs and pain points of each client and provide tailored solutions to meet their business goals.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.
  5. Conduct regular business reviews and performance evaluations to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for growth.
  6. Monitor and analyze key metrics to track account health and proactively address any issues or concerns.
  7. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the payments industry, staying up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities.
  8. Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services to existing clients.
  9. Lead and mentor a team of account managers, providing guidance and support to drive performance and ensure client satisfaction.
  10. Represent PayPal at industry events and conferences, building brand awareness and promoting our products and services.
  11. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and account activities.
  12. Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
  13. Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulations, particularly related to data privacy and security.
  14. Drive a culture of customer-centricity, continuously seeking ways to enhance the customer experience and exceed expectations.
  15. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the performance of the large enterprise account management team and strategies for growth and retention.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Growing Large Enterprise Accounts In The North American Market.

  • Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Account Management, Preferably In The Financial Services Or Technology Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of E-Commerce And Payment Processing, Including Knowledge Of Industry Trends And Competitors.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders At All Levels.
