- Conduct financial analysis and provide key insights to senior leaders to support strategic decision-making.
- Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to assist in budgeting and planning processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement.
- Monitor and analyze key financial metrics, trends, and variances to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Prepare and present financial reports and presentations to senior leadership, clearly communicating complex financial information.
- Participate in the development and implementation of financial planning processes and tools.
- Proactively identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as needed to support business initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry and market trends to provide recommendations for strategic decision-making.
- Mentor and coach junior team members to develop their financial analysis and planning skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.
Advanced Proficiency In Financial Modeling And Data Analysis Tools, Such As Excel And Tableau.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Financial Planning And Analysis, Preferably In A Technology Or Financial Services Company.
Strong Understanding Of Financial Statements And Gaap Principles.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Present Complex Financial Information To Non-Financial Stakeholders.
