Responsibilities:

  • Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and developments, and keep abreast of new social media tools and strategies
  • Develop and implement creative strategies to increase followers and engagement
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to ensure campaigns are meeting objectives
  • Develop and implement social media campaigns that align with business objectives
  • Manage and maintain relationships with customers, responding to inquiries and comments in a timely manner
  • Lead and manage social media team members, providing guidance and mentorship
  • Foster relationships with other social media influencers and brands
  • Create and manage editorial calendars and content distribution plans
  • Ensure that all social media content adheres
