  1. Lead and manage the successful delivery of technical projects within PayPal, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  2. Develop and maintain project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resources.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and design, to define project requirements and ensure alignment on project goals.
  4. Work closely with stakeholders to identify and resolve any issues, risks, or roadblocks that may impact project delivery.

  6. Monitor project performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure project success.
