  1. Develop and drive the product strategy and roadmap for PayPal's cutting-edge products and services.
  2. Lead and manage cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of products that meet the needs of our diverse customer base.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand market trends, customer needs, and business goals to inform product decisions.
  4. Use a data-driven approach to make informed decisions and prioritize product features and enhancements.
  5. Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product differentiation and innovation.
  6. Define product requirements, specifications, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with engineering and design teams.
  7. Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
  8. Monitor and analyze product performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive product optimization.
  9. Stay current on industry developments and emerging technologies to inform product strategy and direction.
  10. Mentor and coach junior product managers and provide guidance and support to cross-functional teams.
  11. Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure effective product launches and ongoing product support.
  12. Advocate for the customer and champion user-centric design and development processes.
  13. Collaborate with other product managers to align product strategies and ensure consistency across the product portfolio.
  14. Contribute to the overall company vision and goals and actively participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes.
