Extensive Experience In Data Engineering: A Senior Staff Data Engineer At Paypal Should Have A Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Data Engineering, With A Strong Understanding Of Data Modeling, Etl/Elt Processes, And Data Warehouse Design.
Proficiency With Big Data Technologies: Candidates For This Role Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Big Data Tools And Technologies Such As Hadoop, Spark, And Hive. They Should Also Have Experience With Cloud-Based Data Platforms Such As Aws, Google Cloud, Or Azure.
