In this role, you will be responsible for managing the legal aspects of mergers and acquisitions for PayPal, including negotiating and drafting legal documents, analyzing and assessing potential risks, and providing legal advice throughout the M&A process. The ideal candidate for this position is a passionate and experienced lawyer with strong business acumen, the ability to think proactively, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
