Senior Director, Commercial Legal

We’re looking for a highly qualified Senior Director, Commercial Legal to join PayPal’s Legal team. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about driving our global legal strategy and helping us negotiate and manage our commercial contracts. As the Senior Director, Commercial Legal, you will be an integral part of the team, ensuring we remain compliant and continue to expand our business.To be successful in this role, you must have a Juris Doctor degree and be licensed to practice law in at least one US state. You must also have a minimum of 10 years of legal experience, preferably in a corporate legal department. Experience in the payments space is a plus.You must have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and have the ability to develop creative solutions to complex legal and business issues. Attention to detail and the ability to accurately interpret and apply applicable laws and regulations are critical attributes.
