- Perform audits: Conduct comprehensive audits to assess PayPal's compliance with privacy and AML regulations and identify potential areas of improvement.
- Utilize Reg Tech solutions: Stay updated on the latest Reg Tech solutions and leverage them to enhance PayPal's compliance efforts and mitigate potential risks.
- Provide recommendations: Based on audit findings, provide recommendations to management on how to strengthen privacy and AML controls and processes.
- Assess risks: Conduct risk assessments to identify potential weaknesses in privacy and AML compliance and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
- Ensure regulatory adherence: Ensure that PayPal is adhering to all relevant privacy and AML regulations and laws at the global level.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with privacy and AML regulations across different business units and regions.
- Mentor and guide junior team members: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members to develop their skills and expertise in privacy and AML compliance.
