Job Description

We're looking for an experienced, motivated Sales Compensation Analyst to join our team at PayPal. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing analysis and recommendations to ensure that our sales compensation plans are competitive and support our business objectives. You'll collaborate with leaders across the organization to develop and implement sales compensation plans.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales compensation, preferably in the technology industry, and a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field. You must have excellent communication and organizational skills and be able to work well in a fast-paced environment.If you're eager to join a dynamic team and make an impact on our success, we want to hear from you!
