  10. Identify and implement process improvements to optimize project delivery.
  11. Provide guidance and direction to team members to ensure project objectives and deadlines are met.
  12. Monitor project budget and resource allocation to ensure efficient and effective use of resources.
  13. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in project management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Program Management, Preferably In A Technical Environment.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Delivering Complex Technical Programs On Time And Within Budget.

  • Strong Understanding Of Software Development Processes And Methodologies, Including Agile.

  • Excellent Communication, Leadership, And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate Cross-Functional Teams.
