- Manage Design & Construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, and regularly report progress to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines and budgets.
- Communicate project updates and key milestones to all stakeholders, including senior management.
- Oversee the selection and management of external vendors and contractors for design and construction projects.
- Monitor and track project expenses and ensure adherence to budget guidelines.
- Foster a collaborative and positive working environment within the project team.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Continuously seek out ways to improve project processes and workflows.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in design and construction.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring their professional growth and development.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the Design & Construction team.
- Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In The Design And Construction Industry.
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing Teams And Stakeholders.
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills To Effectively Liaise With Contractors, Vendors, And Internal Departments.
Knowledge Of Budgeting, Scheduling, And Risk Management In Construction Projects.
