Extensive Experience In Design Systems: A Principal Designer For A Design System At Paypal Should Have A Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Designing And Implementing Design Systems For Large-Scale Companies. They Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Design Principles, User-Centered Design, And Accessibility Standards.
Expertise In Design Tools And Technologies: The Candidate Should Be Proficient In Design Tools And Technologies Such As Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Etc. They Should Also Have Experience With Front-End Development Languages And Frameworks Like Html, Css, And Javascript.
