Organizational Change Manager

As a Change Management Practitioner on the Organizational Change Management team, you will help define processes and standards, and blend strong data collection and analysis skills, with the ability to find deep meaning in the data. This role is critical in tracking success through research (surveys, focus groups, interviews), and operationalizing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of our enterprise workforce collaboration solutions. Understand and adhere to Organizational Change Management (OCM) standards and methodologies (i.e. PROSCI ADKAR) Manage tasks, projects, and workstreams for change management efforts to support the implementation of critical initiatives driving technology, process, and culture changes. Identify and operationalize Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of our enterprise workforce collaboration solutions Identify workforce collaboration use cases/problems from our employees and business partners thru feedback, interviews, focus groups, surveys, etc.
