Merchant Solutions Specialist

- Troubleshoot complex payment-related issues quickly and efficiently
- Maintain deep knowledge of the payments industry
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with merchants
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer service processes
- Utilize customer service software to track customer interactions
- Remain up-to-date on changes in the payments industry
