In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive user growth and engagement for our popular peer-to-peer payment platform, Venmo. We're looking for someone with a strong background in digital marketing, a passion for data-driven decision making, and a track record of success in driving user acquisition and retention.   1. Develop and implement comprehensive growth marketing strategies for Venmo, including acquisition, retention, and engagement tactics.
  2. Utilize data and analytics to identify opportunities for growth and optimize campaigns to drive user acquisition and engagement.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and analytics, to develop and execute marketing initiatives that align with business goals.
  4. Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including user acquisition, retention, engagement, and ROI, to track the success of growth marketing efforts.
  5. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  6. Manage and allocate budget for growth marketing initiatives, ensuring effective and efficient use of resources.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in growth marketing to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
  8. Lead and mentor a team of growth marketers, providing guidance and support to achieve team goals and individual development.
  9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute user acquisition campaigns, including paid media, social media, email marketing, and influencer partnerships.
  10. Continuously test and optimize marketing strategies to improve performance and drive growth.
  11. Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders to support growth marketing efforts.
  12. Ensure all growth marketing initiatives are aligned with brand guidelines and legal requirements.
  13. Communicate growth marketing strategies, initiatives, and results to key stakeholders and senior leadership.
  14. Identify and capitalize on new growth opportunities and channels to expand Venmo's user base.
  15. Uphold PayPal's values and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 5 Years Of Experience In A Managerial Role, Preferably In The Field Of Growth Marketing.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Developing And Executing Marketing Strategies That Drive User Acquisition And Retention.

  • Strong Understanding Of Digital Marketing Channels, Including Social Media, Email Marketing, And Paid Advertising.

  • Excellent Analytical Skills And Experience With Data-Driven Decision Making, Including A/B Testing And Performance Tracking.
