  1. Lead and manage the design team to develop innovative and user-centric designs for PayPal's digital products.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and researchers to understand user needs and business goals.
  3. Establish and maintain design standards, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across all products.
  4. Conduct user research and gather feedback to continuously improve the user experience.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, and incorporate them into design processes.
  6. Drive and facilitate design workshops and brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas and solutions.
  7. Create and maintain design documentation, including wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
  8. Present and defend design solutions to stakeholders, including executives, and incorporate feedback into designs.
  9. Manage and prioritize multiple projects and timelines to meet business objectives.
  10. Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and feedback to help them grow professionally.
  11. Collaborate with external agencies and contractors when necessary to support design projects.
  12. Continuously evaluate and optimize the design process to increase efficiency and productivity.
  13. Communicate project progress and challenges to stakeholders and provide solutions to overcome obstacles.
  14. Ensure that all designs align with PayPal's brand guidelines and values.
  15. Uphold and promote a positive and collaborative work culture within the team and across the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Ux Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Ux Design, With At Least 3 Years In A Managerial Or Leadership Role.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing A Team Of Ux Designers, With A Focus On Collaboration And Mentorship.

  • Extensive Knowledge And Experience With User-Centered Design Principles, Methodologies, And Tools.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Articulate And Present Design Ideas And Strategies To Stakeholders And Cross-Functional Teams.
