4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of goals and objectives.
5. Manage projects and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of objectives.
6. Provide guidance and mentorship to teams to support the development of their skills.
7. Remain up-to-date on changes in tax laws and regulations and ensure compliance.
8. Prepare and present reports to senior management.
9. Proactively identify opportunities for process and system improvement.
10. Develop and implement policies and procedures for the team.
