Manager, Tax - M&A and Integration

Are you an experienced tax professional with a passion for M&A and integration? PayPal is currently seeking an ambitious, results-oriented Manager of Tax - M&A and Integration to join our Tax department. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the tax team in a variety of merger and acquisition activities, including planning and executing post-merger integration. If you have prior experience working with and managing complex tax projects, as well as a deep understanding of the tax implications of M&A transactions, we would love to hear from you!The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, as well as at least five years of experience in a similar role. You must also have excellent communication and organizational skills, and be comfortable working with complex data and financial models.
