In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing our global talent management strategy. We’re looking for a leader who is passionate about people development and is able to create a culture of learning and growth.The ideal candidate has extensive experience in talent management and human resources, with a strong focus on driving business results through developing and managing a high-performing global talent pool. You’ll need a deep understanding of talent management processes, from succession planning to performance management and career development.
