Manager, Internal Controls

We’re looking for an experienced Manager, Internal Controls to join PayPal’s Financial Services team. The ideal candidate will be a results-oriented leader with a passion for helping us build the most efficient and secure financial solutions for our customers.The Manager, Internal Controls will be responsible for developing and executing a broad range of internal controls and processes that ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. You will work closely with a variety of teams across the organization to ensure sound financial practices, a secure environment, and that all internal control processes are functioning optimally.The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field- Previous experience in a financial services environment and/or internal control department- Knowledge of US GAAP, SOX, and general financial accounting- Excellent communication and organizational skills- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyIf you are an experienced and motivated professional who is passionate about financial services and internal controls, we would love to hear from you.
