  1. Develop and implement employee relations policies and procedures to ensure a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  2. Serve as a trusted advisor and resource for employees and managers on all employee relations matters.
  3. Conduct investigations into employee complaints and concerns, providing timely and effective resolutions.
  4. Stay updated on labor laws and regulations, and ensure company compliance.
  5. Collaborate with HR and legal teams to address complex employee relations issues.
  6. Build and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
  7. Coach and train managers on employee relations best practices and compliance.
  8. Analyze employee relations data to identify trends and develop strategies for improvement.
  9. Recommend and implement initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and engagement.
  10. Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
  11. Mediate conflicts and facilitate difficult conversations between employees and/or managers.
  12. Plan and conduct employee relations workshops and trainings.
  13. Act as a liaison between employees and management to promote open communication and trust.
  14. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in employee relations.
  15. Represent the company in legal proceedings related to employee relations matters.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Employee Relations, Preferably In A Large, Global Organization.

  • Strong Understanding Of Employment Laws And Regulations, Including Eeo, Ada, And Fmla.

  • Excellent Communication And Conflict Resolution Skills, With The Ability To Handle Sensitive And Confidential Information.

  • Proven Experience Developing And Implementing Employee Relations Policies And Procedures, And Providing Guidance To Managers And Employees On Best Practices.
