Machine Learning Scientist

We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Machine Learning Scientist to join our innovative team at PayPal. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and deploying cutting-edge machine learning models to drive the next generation of payments and commerce. We’re looking for someone who has a deep knowledge of machine learning tools and techniques and a passion for solving challenging problems. If you have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills and a drive to create impactful solutions, then this role could be perfect for you.To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related field, with a specialization in Machine Learning. You should also have a minimum of two (2) years of experience developing machine learning models, with experience using Python, R and/or Java. Knowledge of deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Caffe and/or Keras is also highly desirable. The ideal candidate will have a track record of successful project delivery and the ability to work collaboratively with a cross-functional team.
