Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement legal strategies to protect PayPal’s legal interests, while providing advice on contract negotiations.
2. Analyze and interpret applicable laws and regulations affecting PayPal and our business partners.
3. Identify and anticipate legal risks and provide proactive legal advice on business decisions.
4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, business partners, and external counsel.
5. Handle litigation and dispute resolution matters.
6. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
7. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents.
8. Manage outside counsel and monitor legal expenses.
9. Provide legal training and guidance to internal teams.
10. Remain up to date on changes in the legal and regulatory environment.
