Immigration Specialist

As an Immigration Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring that our team members have the necessary paperwork and information to work legally in the US. Responsibilities:

• Assist team members with the preparation and submission of US immigration applications, such as H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, and E-2 visas

• Provide advice and guidance regarding US immigration laws and regulations as they pertain to the team members’ specific circumstances

• Track and monitor applications throughout the entire immigration process

• Maintain detailed records of all immigration cases and documents

• Liaise with US Embassy or Consulate personnel to obtain necessary documents

• Prepare and submit visa applications and petitions

• Research and interpret relevant immigration laws and policies

• Respond to team member inquiries related to immigration issues

• Monitor and maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration regulations and procedures

• Schedule and attend immigration appointments on behalf of the team members

• Provide support with any additional tasks related to immigration as needed.
