- Oversee the budget and financial aspects of design and construction projects, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to company standards.

Extensive Experience In Global Design And Construction Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Managing Large-Scale Design And Construction Projects In Various Regions Across The World. This Includes Experience In Leading Cross-Functional Teams, Coordinating With Vendors And Contractors, And Delivering Projects Within Budget And Timeline.
Strong Leadership Skills: As The Head Of Global Design & Construction, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Leading And Managing A Team Of Designers, Architects, And Construction Professionals. Therefore, They Should Possess Excellent Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Motivate And Inspire Team Members, Make Tough Decisions, And Resolve Conflicts.
