
GTM Marketing Manager, International
PayPal is looking for an experienced GTM Marketing Manager, International to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should be a creative, strategic thinker with excellent communication and analytical skills. This person should have a passion for developing and executing innovative marketing programs that drive growth and engagement. The successful candidate must have a proven track record of success in international marketing with a focus on customer segmentation, engagement, and retention.The GTM Marketing Manager, International will be responsible for developing and executing integrated international marketing strategies that will drive business results and revenue. This individual will be the strategic partner for the international teams, helping to identify market opportunities, and develop and execute marketing plans. The successful candidate will be expected to collaborate with multiple stakeholders across multiple functions to ensure effective and efficient international marketing campaigns.To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate must have 8+ years of experience in international marketing, including a minimum of 3+ years in a managerial capacity. In addition, the successful candidate should have a solid understanding of data-driven marketing, customer segmentation, and marketing automation. This individual must have excellent communication and organizational skills, and be able to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously. Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute integrated international marketing strategies to achieve business goals and increase revenue.
- Identify and assess market opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
- Work with multiple stakeholders across multiple functions to ensure effective and efficient international marketing campaigns.
- Manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
- Utilize data-driven marketing, customer segmentation, and marketing automation to create effective campaigns.
- Collaborate with international teams to develop creative and strategic marketing programs that drive growth and engagement.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to determine effectiveness and optimize campaigns accordingly.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices.
- Maintain relationships with external vendors and agencies.
- Ensure all marketing activities are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
