At PayPal, we are seeking an experienced and passionate Global Technical Support Engineer to join our team and assist our customers with technical inquiries. You will be part of a global team of engineers and will be responsible for providing technical support for customers across the globe. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues with a positive attitude and customer-centric approach.The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field and at least 3 years of experience in technical support roles. You will have excellent problem-solving and communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. A keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask are essential qualities for this role.If you have the necessary skills and experience, and have a passion for helping customers, then we look forward to hearing from you.
