Job Description

If so, we’d love for you to take the helm as PayPal’s Global Inside Sales Operations Lead!As a key member of the PayPal Global Sales and Solutions team, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of our inside sales operations team. You will play a critical role in creating, managing, and executing strategic plans and initiatives, and you will be expected to be a leader in driving operational excellence across our global inside sales organization.To excel in this role, we are looking for someone who has a minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales operations leadership role, and who has a deep understanding of sales operations, performance management, analytics, and process and system optimization. Additionally, you should have a strong customer service orientation, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for driving organizational excellence.If you are an enthusiastic team player who is looking for an opportunity to take on a highly visible role in a fast-paced environment, then this could be the perfect fit for you!
