9. Collaborate with external legal counsel to provide guidance and advice on privacy matters.
10. Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies and industry associations to stay informed on privacy trends and best practices.
11. Develop and maintain a global privacy governance structure to ensure consistent and effective privacy management across all regions.
12. Continuously review and update privacy policies and procedures to reflect changes in laws, regulations, and company operations.
13. Build and maintain a culture of privacy within the organization by promoting awareness and accountability for privacy responsibilities.
14. Represent the company in privacy-related legal proceedings and investigations.
15. Conduct periodic audits and risk assessments to identify potential privacy vulnerabilities and develop mitigation plans.
