Job Description

We are looking for a driven and experienced Finance Manager to join PayPal's Corporate FP&A team. We need someone with strong technical and analytical skills who can work collaboratively with other teams, including Financial Planning & Analysis, Accounting, and Treasury. This position will be responsible for financial planning, analysis, and reporting, and will work closely with senior leadership to ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial performance.The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or related field, at least 5 years of related experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, and a strong understanding of financial forecasting and modeling. They must be highly organized and detail-oriented, as well as able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as this position requires the ability to effectively interact and collaborate with other teams, as well as senior leadership. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, maintain, and analyze financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
  2. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management.
  3. Monitor and analyze financial performance against budget and prior year figures.
  4. Work collaboratively with Financial Planning & Analysis, Accounting, and Treasury teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial data.
  5. Design and implement financial control processes, procedures, and best practices.
  6. Develop and implement strategies for financial risk management.
  7. Develop financial plans and models for new initiatives and business opportunities.
  8. Provide guidance and advice to senior management regarding financial decisions.
  9. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and provide accurate and timely updates on progress.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry and market trends and best practices.
