Finance & Accounting Intern

Responsibilities:

1. Assist with the preparation of financial statements, reports, and analysis.
2. Monitor and reconcile accounts, ensuring accuracy of records.
3. Work on monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close tasks.
4. Research and analyze financial data to identify trends and make recommendations.
5. Produce accurate and timely financial reports for management.
6. Maintain compliance with GAAP and other applicable accounting standards.
7. Assist with internal and external audits.
8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
9. Provide support for budgeting and forecasting activities.
10. Analyze financial data to identify areas for improvement.
11. Assist with the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
12. Facilitate communication between the finance department and other departments.
13. Participate in special projects as needed.
