Director, US Tax Controversy

We are looking for an experienced Director, US Tax Controversy to assume a leadership role in the US Tax Controversy team at PayPal. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of US tax laws and an ability to develop and implement strategies in a fast-paced environment. This individual will possess excellent communication skills, adept problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to excellence.The Director, US Tax Controversy will serve as the primary point of contact for all US Tax Controversy matters, and they will be responsible for managing the resolution of US tax disputes and appeals. In this role, the successful candidate will ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, and they will be expected to provide advice and direction in a timely and efficient manner.To be considered for this role, qualified candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field and 8+ years of experience in US tax controversy. CPA and/or JD credentials are highly preferred.
